I've just been trying to work out whether/how it would be possible to fly from Carlisle to Halfpenny Green for this year's record attempt on 1 June as I'm trying to combine the BRA meet with catching up with some non-gyro pals in Carlisle beforehand on the same day. I'm struggling to see how it is possible to fly the corridor whilst complying with 'land clear' and would appreciate advice from those who know the corridor/area.
