Guys, I'm being serious here - it was my mates 50th birthday and I bought him a wooden spitfire model from www.thewoodentoycompany.co.uk and it is absolutely stunning. I was so impressed that I didn't want to give it to him so I had to buy one myself. I called the company and asked if they could make Gyrocopter models, they came back and said yes they can make anything, but there must be a minimum of 5 models made per type and it will take 4 months to produce (obviously hand made out in China) the cost would still be around the £100.00 mark delivered. Is anyone interested in have a MTO/Calidus/Cavalon/Magni wooden model made? If so, let me know and I would need £50 deposit as and when we get to the right numbers, to be able to place the order - and then we have to wait! They are made out of mahogany, take a look at their website, honestly the models are incredible.
